5 Minute Mixed Berry Smoothie

With COVID-19 turning everyones life upside down, its a really really hard time. That being said we all need to do are part to stay home, only leaving for absolute essential items.

We are now on day 5 and it’s easy to get sick of making food for everyone all day everyday. Lately I’ve been confused on what to make them (how many days in a row do kids want waffles for breakfast lol).

Well, me and the boys made this amazing Mixed Berry Smoothie that we wanted to share with you guys!

It’s easy, delicious and takes not even 5 minutes to make! 

Mixed Berry Smoothie

•1 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh- I used frozen)
•1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt

•3/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk

•2 tablespoons white sugar

•1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

•1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg 

Add all ingredients into a blender and mixed until fully combined. And voila!

I actually added edible flowers on top just to add a little something fun for the minis!
