Chips Ahoy Mini Snack Pack Chocolate Chip Cookies
Directions:
.) Start off with the cookie dough filling by beating the sugar and butter together at a medium speed. Next, add in the vanilla extract, and slowly mix in flour and salt. Once mixed together slowly add in the milk and, on low, stir in the chocolate chips. Place in refrigerator for about ½ – 1 hour to harden.
.) In the meantime, preheat oven to 350F and line cupcake pan with cute liners.
.) Sift together flour salt and baking powder.
.) Beat together butter and sugar until fluffy and add in eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract.
.) Add in flour mix slowly to the butter mix while slowly adding in the milk until everything is mixed together. Then pour batter into cupcake pans about ¾ of the way full.
.) Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Then remove and place cupcakes on wire rack to cool all the way through.
.) Once cooled, cut out centre of the cupcakes, take out the cookie dough from the fridge and roll in about a tablespoon full of cookie dough into it.
.) Last part…. the ICING! Beat butter until fluffy; slowly add in the confectioners sugar and vanilla until your desired consistency is reached.
.) Ice the cupcakes and add a baby chocolate chip on top as garnish.
