Its all about the eyes in 2015
Ladies, as if you don’t already know, makeup can end up being extremely pricey. By the time you count in your foundation, powder, blush, and new tube of your favourite mascara that keeps drying up, it’s quite the investment. For me, even though I don’t wear eye shadow everyday (my best friend does and she looks stunning… my excuse is, I’m just too lazy) there are going to be occasions and ,quite a few at that, when you are going to need a bad ass smokey eye.
Well for $64.00 CAD I introduce to you, your new best friend…No, not the Urban Decay Naked Palette 1 or 2 but, the Urban Decay Naked3 is totally the must have beauty product!
The reason why I love Urban Decay eye shadow is because the colour you see in the container is the colour you’re going to see on your eye lids. There is nothing more frustrating than investing in a colour or palette and it’s a lot lighter or darker than you thought it would be. Like, come on beauty companies… when this happens it’s like you are lying to us and our hearts break into a million little pieces, also, all our trust is out the window. This palette consists of 12 NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN rose-hued neutrals—from pale, shimmery pink to deep black matte with rosy red micro-glitter. Having this much variety in a palette is great, whether it’s for work and you need a more natural look, to that dinner party you have to get to right after your 9-5 and need a dramatic sultry look to steal the show.
Naked3 comes with a NEW double-ended shadow/blending brush, and once you guys use it for the first time, you will understand just why it is that amazing. To have one brush included that applies the shadow and blends is, to be honest, all you really need. Once you have that it’s pretty much smooth sailing from there.
I think what’s even more amusing about Urban Decay, besides the fact that they create amazing makeup, is their marketing team is out of this world with the names they come out with for each shade. Here is a list of all the hues that come in the Naked3 starting from left to right:

Another little surprise is the Eyeshadow Primer Potion sampler that comes with your Naked3 and has resealable samples of all four formulas (original, Sin, Eden and Anti-Aging). When it’s all said in done, you will have four weeks or one month of eye shadow primer given to you so you don’t have to worry about a thing (each sample is supposed to last a week in case you are wondering if you are using to little or way too much).
