NYE hosting tips with KSP

When it comes to all things kitchen and entertaining- my go to shop always has been Kitchen Stuff Plus.

Georgia’s Must Have Chili Recipe:

1 ½ pound ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

2 ½ tablespoons chilli powder

2 minced garlic cloves 1 bay leaf

½ teaspoon ground cumin

1 can diced tomatoes

1 (15/17 oz) can tomato sauce

1 can red kidney beans

Salt and pepper to taste

What to do:

• In a large saucepan over medium high heat, combine the ground beef, onion. Cook until beef is browned and drain.
• Place saucepan with drained beef back on the stovetop. Add in your minced garlic, chilli powder, bay leaf, cumin, tomatoes, tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and then turn down and cover. Allow to simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in the beans and heat through.
